About Me

I was born and raised in northern Michigan then was able to travel the world as part of my profession for almost 21 years. I met some amazing people over the years and have seen countless beautiful things. Photography has always been a hobby and I love seeing things through a lens. Photos became snapshots of my life...capturing candid and beautiful images. I love looking back and remembering what happened as a particular photo was taken.
 

As I started winding down my previous career in the military and began preparing for retirement, I came up with a new goal to make my hobby into something more. My loving husband and our two beautiful kids provided me with enough love, support, and patience to make this dream a reality. 
 

My photo sessions are lighthearted and fun. I love laughing with my clients and capturing how they interact with each other. Sometimes the most magical moments just happen naturally and we often don’t realize it at the time.
